How can I get StudentCover?

There are two ways to get StudentCover. Some schools arrange to have their entire enrolment covered. This is known as ‘Whole of School’ cover and is the most economical method. Alternatively, individuals can obtain StudentCover online at a cost of just $29.00 per year.

Is my child eligible for StudentCover?

To be eligible for StudentCover the child must be a current student at an Australian school (Kindergarten to Year 12).

 


 

As an individual why is the policy only available online?

Our aim is to provide StudentCover at a very affordable price. We achieve this by reducing administration costs with an online product which also provides some real time efficiencies with policy placements.

 


Why can I not pay by cheque?

The cost of processing payments by cheque (or cash) would impact on the premium, and as such the only options are via credit card or BPay.

 


How can I pay?

Payment for StudentCover policies can be made by credit card at the time of application/renewal or by BPay from a cheque or savings account within 14 days (details will be sent to you at the time of application).

 


 

How do I submit a claim?

Why do I get an offline message?
